Although Ms. Belmont is retired from private practice, she still advocates for mental health.  She does so by speaking on podcasts and currently delivers her message through being a corporate trainer, wellness conference speaker and is a college adjunct faculty member.

She is the author of 11 mental health and self-help books and two therapeutic card decks.

Her publishers include New Harbinger, WW Norton, Callisto Printing and Mental Health Publisher, PESI.

She also has a fused glass studio in Naples where she enjoys teaching the art and fun of fused glass. 


Judy holds an MS in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical College and a BS in Psychology from University of Pennsylvania.
