Now's Resting Time

Dearest Friends,

I sat with the moon last night.

It was full.

What I heard was: "Slow down Sis."

So now I find myself here.

I write on this platform for the last time in 2023

and tandem,

I write on this platform, as it is,

for the very last time ever.

I am honing.

Honoring.

Gathering and spiraling my energy into a constructive funnel.

Condensing.

Sighting in.

Focusing.

I got this idea, to do this, from a fortune cookie that I pulled twice in a row;

from two different states.

Judge me if you wish. I am in "THAT" stage of my forties.

The thrill I feel about what is in store for 2024...

It gives me butterflies!

"Honing in, hunkering down and efficiency", are all buzz terms that seem to make me tick, tick, tick these days... you know what I'm sayin'?

Slowing down.

Counting every - single - second.

It all matters.

It is cumulative.

I am choosing to slow down, in part because I heard the whispers of the moon while bathing with it last night,

but also,

because,

if you look at nature, I am being told to.

Nature, all around me, is seemingly, slowing down.

So. If nature is.

Me too then.

I need to focus anyhow.

On what is in store for 2024.

The moon told me to do it.

To slow down.

"Slow down Sis"... it said.

So I do it.

But do not fret.

Because although I cannot yet say for certain or explain what is in store for 2024,

I have:

intentions set,

action through creation routines practiced, and a promising feeling in my heart, governed by

acceptance for the flow of a life's work.

I know there is more.

I know I will get it in order.

But first I need to practice reverence for all that I have already done.

Afterall, I am only a human.

May you find your gestation season;

your germination season,

your slower season:

Peaceful, Restful and Hope-filled if you choose it to be so!

With that, although I write on this platform for the last time in 2023

and tandem,

I write on this platform, as it is,

for the very last time ever,

I leave you with

"Trust, I know there is more."

Warmly,

Tara
